VAISO showcases curated makeup and skincare collections and brand content for customers in Nepal and beyond. This site is a catalogue and communication platform. It does not provide an automated online checkout or card payment gateway. Purchases are arranged after you inquire or submit an order request and our team confirms details with you.

Product descriptions, images, shades, sizes, and prices are provided for guidance and may change without notice. Prices shown (typically in NPR / Rs.) are indicative until confirmed by our team. Stock availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order request.

We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. If a product is unavailable or details change, we will inform you when following up.

Submitting the order form creates a request, not a binding purchase until we confirm acceptance (for example by message, email, or phone). We may decline or adjust requests due to stock, delivery limits, or other reasons.

Payment method, delivery timing, and final total are agreed separately with our team. Do not send sensitive card details through unsecured public forms unless we explicitly instruct a secure method.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping login details confidential and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, posting harmful content, or interfering with site operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Courts in Kathmandu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
